If you want honest , family people working on your tires, that have been in business in Lakeland for decades..... Head to Levy's Imperial , Tire and auto...... I highly recommend this store!!!! If I have a flat , I don't go anywhere else! They will tell me honestly if the tire can be repaired or if it should be replaced....I value that beyond anything!

An okay place to go if you want an overpriced oil change. More specialized engine maintenance is not done here. Also they wanted to charge over a hundred dollars to test my battery. Got it done for free at O'Reilly's. I will not come here again.

I don’t write many reviews but this person and shop deserve to be recognized! I am a woman who drives an older Ram, so you can imagine the amount of issues I run into with the truck and finding good service. I recently had an issue with my truck, some weird sounds when it was turning and was driving uneasy. It threw some codes and the parts store told me it was the ABS sensor, but I’ve had issues with that before so that didn’t seem right. Chance took a look at it and immediately knew the issue- and he was correct- it was a bad wheel bearing- and I mean very bad! He saw how unsafe it would be for me to keep driving it, and explained it to me in a way that I could understand easily but did not make me feel stupid— very refreshing for a woman looking for vehicle advice! He diagnosed the issue and helped to fix it quickly and efficiently, and answered my many, many questions and concerns with patience and kindness. Chance has also fixed my battery issue in the recent past- again diagnosing the issue immediately and fixing it quickly but with care. The shop is well-maintained and everyone is very kind. A great location! Because of these experiences I will only take my vehicle to Levy’

They had to replace my AC Condenser and the price and labor was very reasonable. This job takes a significant amount of time and I had no choice but to wait. However it took shorter than I anticipated because the manager said they felt bad for me sitting and waiting so he had two techs work on my vehicle. Also the complimentary drinks and artwork was a nice touch Honest and fair. My garage now

I had a screw in one of my tires, and the dealership told me it was likely too close to the sidewall to safely patch. They recommended replacing at least two tires—possibly all four. My husband suggested getting a second opinion since Levy’s has a reputation for honesty. I’m so glad I did. Not only were they able to safely patch the tire, but they also checked all four and confirmed they still have plenty of tread—no replacements needed right now. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity.
